Coaching has always been something I've been passionate about. Alongside my corporate career, I work with individuals who are looking to build confidence, navigate career transitions, develop their leadership capability and unlock their potential. Every coaching relationship is unique. My aim is to create a supportive, challenging and confidential space where you can think differently, grow with confidence and create meaningful, lasting change.
For more than 20 years, I've worked alongside CEOs, executive teams and senior leaders across the UK, UAE, wider MENA region and globally, helping them navigate complexity, growth, organisational transformation and complex people and business challenges.
Whilst my corporate career has predominantly been rooted in premium and luxury automotive and fashion retail, I've worked alongside senior leaders across a broad range of business functions and have had the opportunity to coach individuals from a variety of industries. These experiences have given me first-hand insight into executive leadership, organisational transformation and the realities of leading through growth and change.
Today, I combine more than two decades of senior HR leadership experience with accredited executive coaching to help ambitious leaders strengthen their confidence, enhance their influence and lead with greater clarity, purpose and impact.
My coaching is practical, commercially grounded and tailored to each individual. I provide a confidential space for leaders to think strategically, challenge assumptions, navigate complexity and make confident decisions that deliver meaningful, lasting results.
